Mary Brockwell
Is the Founder of the organisation and brings substantial lived and professional expertise to its strategic leadership. Motivated by the loss of her brother to suicide at the age of 25 and informed by her own adverse childhood experiences, she has dedicated her career to improving mental health outcomes for children and young people. Her professional background includes service with Kent Police, alongside extensive experience within the charity, public, and voluntary sectors. She has a proven track record in establishing and developing organisations, delivering mental health and wellbeing programmes, and overseeing safeguarding-focused services and contracts. Throughout her career, she has worked in partnership with the NHS, the Home Office, local authorities, social care services, schools, and community organisations to develop and deliver services that support vulnerable children and young people. Her combination of strategic leadership, sector expertise, and lived experience provides a strong foundation for the organisation's mission, governance, and ongoing development.

Mason Brockwell
Brings a dynamic perspective to the Board as a young entrepreneur with a strong background in engineering and business development. Having successfully established and developed business ventures from an early age, he has gained valuable experience in innovation, problem-solving, strategic planning, and organisational growth. His engineering expertise, combined with a commercial mindset, enables him to contribute practical insight to the organisation's development and long-term sustainability. As a young trustee, he also provides an important perspective on the needs, aspirations, and challenges facing younger generations, helping to ensure the organisation remains relevant, forward-thinking, and responsive to the communities it serves.

Ian Chappell JP
Brings extensive governance and public service experience to the Board. As a Justice of the Peace (Magistrate), he has developed a strong understanding of fairness, accountability, and decision-making within the justice system. He has also served as a school governor and has held trustee positions with charitable organisations, including Samaritans, where he contributed to governance, strategic oversight, and the delivery of community-focused services. His broad experience across the voluntary, education, and public sectors provides valuable insight and supports the organisation's commitment to good governance and positive outcomes for the communities it serves.
Hannah Abrahams
