For Young People 

Not sure what help you need? You’re not alone—there are people ready to listen and support you.

Phone Call

If you are in danger 


If you feel unsafe or someone is hurting you, tell an adult you trust right away.
If it’s an emergency, call 999 immediately.
Remember: your safety comes first—don’t wait, get help straight away.

If you need some one to talk to today 

  • Emergency Services (Police, Ambulance, Fire)

    • Call 999 if you are in danger right now.

  • Childline – Free, confidential support for children and young people.

  • Kooth – Free online mental health support for children and teens.

  • Samaritans – Support if you are feeling unsafe, upset, or thinking about hurting yourself.

  • NSPCC – Help if you are being hurt, abused, or neglected.

  • Police (non-emergency) – For advice or reporting concerns.

  • Local Youth Services / Community Centres – Offer advice, support groups, and activities to help you feel better.

  • NHS 111 – For advice on emotional or physical health if you’re unsure where to start.
