The Life Matters – Booking & Refund Policy (UK )

At The Life Matters, we aim to provide high-quality training, materials, and services in line with our charitable objectives. Please read this policy carefully before making any booking or payment.

  1. Your Responsibility Before Booking
    Please ensure that you select the correct training, workshop, or service before payment. Once a booking is confirmed, payment is considered final.

  2. No Refunds Once Services Begin or Materials Are Shared
    By booking or paying for our services, you agree that:

    • No refunds will be provided once training, workshops, or events have commenced, or

    • Any materials, workbooks, or digital resources have been provided.
      Participation is entirely voluntary.

  3. Replacement of Damaged Materials
    If any workbooks or materials are damaged upon receipt, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us immediately at office@thelifematters.co.uk.

  4. Legal Compliance
    This policy complies with:

    • UK Consumer Law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) — services must be performed with care, but no refunds are required once services begin or materials are delivered;

    • UK Charity Law — all payments are used to further the charity’s objectives, and trustees have approved this policy to ensure responsible management of charitable funds.

  5. Pre-Payment Agreement
    By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. Refunds will not be issued after booking, except in cases of non-delivery or defective materials, as described above.
