Meet some of our team

A message from the Chief Executive Officer

The success and sustainability of our charity are founded on the strength, professionalism, and commitment of the people who support and govern the organisation. I am pleased to recognise the contribution of our volunteer team of over 14 individuals, the young people engaged in administrative and operational roles, our Board of Trustees, and our self-employed facilitators who deliver services on behalf of the charity.

Each group plays a vital role in ensuring the organisation operates effectively and in line with its charitable objectives. Our volunteers provide essential support to service delivery, our young people make meaningful contributions while developing valuable skills and experience, our trustees provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight in accordance with regulatory requirements, and our facilitators bring specialist expertise to the delivery of our programmes.

This collective approach enables the charity to maintain high standards of governance, accountability, and impact. I would like to formally thank all those who contribute their time, knowledge, and skills in support of our mission and in service of the communities we exist to support.
