Founded in 2021 in response to rising concerns around child self-harm and suicide in Medway
Provides early, prevention-focused, trauma-informed support for vulnerable children and young people
Flagship programme: A Child’s Voice® (10-week intervention), co-designed with young people
Combines clinical insight, frontline social work practice, and lived experience
Supported 60+ children and 180+ family members to date

Measured Outcomes

Most recent cohort: 95% reduction in self-harm thoughts and behaviours
No suicide attempts recorded during programme participation
No suicide attempts across all cohorts during active engagement
Continuous evaluation embedded across all programmes to ensure safety and effectiveness
